SKILLS

  • Fullstack development
  • Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, GIT, UML, understanding of design patterns
  • DevOps
  • JavaScript (Node JS, angular), Python
  • Database query languages (SQL)
  • Testing, Debugging
  • Experience with UI/UX design is a plus
  • Experience with cloud solutions is a plus

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in computer science or equivalent.

Data Analyst

We are looking to hire a highly motivated and professional Data Analyst, to join the dedicated team of Wellbeing.ai and be part of the upcoming global solution to improving wellbeing at work! The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize, sort, manipulate large databases.
  • Run statistical models and develop predictive models using statistical techniques such as structural equation modeling (SEM), Multivariate statistics, and mixed models.
  • Work in collaboration with business partners, such as the Head of Emotions Research, Project Managers, and Business Experts, for the better flow of information in a dynamic environment.
  • Use programming languages such as R and Python to analyze the data and contribute to the development of the platform of Wellbeing.ai.
  • Create and present elaborate reports to Business partners for the timely monitoring of the project’s progression.

HARD SKILLS

  • Multivariate statistics.
  • Bayesian modeling.
  • Structural equation modeling (SEM).
  • Ability to monitor and adjust data quality.
  • Competence with R and Python, proficiency in other programming languages is a plus.
  • Experience with aptitude, competence, and personality psychometrics and test validation is a plus.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

  • University degree with a strong quantitative orientation.
  • No minimum experience is required.
